1. No Refunds & No Returns

• Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of our services, we do not offer any refunds or returns.

• Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

• This policy applies to handwritten Kundlis, astrology consultations, Vastu services, puja bookings, and mantra jaaps.

2. Customization & Client Responsibility

• All services are prepared based on the details provided by the client (e.g., date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, etc.).

• Any incorrect or incomplete information given by the client is not the responsibility of Book My Kundli.
